30 Days to a Healthier You & Family

Are you ready to move your family to a healthier and happier lifestyle?

Now is a great time to introduce small, permanent changes into your life to work towards living life less processed.

It helps to add in good things instead of focusing on going cold turkey on your family. The more healthy things added the less room you have for the bad in your tummy and home!

I’ll share one simple step at a time you can take towards a healthy life. Stay consistent and build on your routine and lifestyle changes. Before you know it you’ll have an impressive list of accomplishments to show for your efforts.

Day 1: Start your day off with a mug of warm water and juice from 1/2 a lemon

This will jump start your digestion by massaging your organs and preparing your body for the work ahead. I drink most mornings but not every single day.

I definitely notice the days I don’t have my warm lemon water.

I never knew the connection between digestion, weight loss and health until recently and it’s made a world of difference in how I feel.

I have more energy and actually feel lighter without all the gunk hanging out in my gut. Ewww!

Digestion and Lemon Water Video

What you’ll need:

  1. Mug
  2. Spoon
  3. Lemon
  4. Water
  5. Saucepan


  1. Warm water on stove to just below boiling. (Does not need to be hot).
  2. While waiting for water to heat, cut lemon in half.
  3. Squeeze juice into mug.
  4. Pour water into mug.
  5. Stir.
  6. Enjoy.

Lemon is acidic. You can rinse your mouth with water and then brush your teeth an hour later if this concerns you.

I have been drinking this for almost 5 years now and haven’t had any problems. Use at your own discretion.
