One thing I wish I would have done when I first began my journey to a less processed life it journaling my progress. I think back to where I began and I’ve come so far!
It’s about progress not perfection.
You’ll find you’re further along than you’re giving yourself credit for and if you just keep going along with small, permanent changes you’ll be miles ahead of where you were when you began.
Day 12: Journal your Journey
There’s just something about writing it down whether it’s a to do list, grocery items, recipe, goals, or dreams.
It makes it concrete and official. Something you can check off or reference later.
Quick Tip: Keep journal by your bed or somewhere visible to serve as a reminder to use it!
Begin by simply writing the date and recording how you’re feeling that day (Include your physical symptoms as well as emotional feelings).
Then write goals as far as how you WANT to feel and a few things you want to learn to make and/or try as a new form of exercise.
It helps to look back even a week or so to your first day and see how far you’ve come.
Don’t get discouraged! Remember this is a journey.
